With an aim to achieve excellence in technical education, the Department of Pharmacy has been established as the first step in Satavahana University. The Department is granted permission from State Council of Higher Education to run 4-Year Bachelor of Pharmacy programme from the academic year 2009-2010 with an intake of 60. The Department of Pharmacy, University College is upgraded into University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Satavahana University and emerged as a premier institution of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. The institute is fully equipped with the modern day facilities and instruments where in we holistically prepare students to be perfect academically, professionally and personally. The University has secured recognition of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for the B. Pharmacy course (SIF-B). University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is an academically charged progressive area for the both academic and professional excellence. With the resolution of the Executive Council of the University, the College has started offering M. Pharmacy in three specializations viz., Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology from the academic year 2025-26 with an intake of 15 seats in each.
